MF21WL is an aqueous germ-repellant, the active components are oligomers containing trimethyl ammonium cation, the ration of the active oligomer in the aqueous germ-repellent product is about 20-40%.  It's suitable to be used in viscose fibers, aqueous coatings, aqueous paint and etc.
